HeTone distributes the full Oetiker clamp range together with its matched installation tooling: pneumatic and cordless pincers with closure verification for high-volume assembly, and hand installation tools for service and prototyping. We support design-in from sample evaluation and tooling selection through volume supply with local inventory in Asia; Oetiker quick-connect fittings and further connection lines are available on request.

StepLess® Ear Clamps 193 / 167 / 123

Single-closure ear clamps with a 360° leak-free seal, high radial load, and built-in compensation for component tolerances. Series 193 uses stainless steel 1.4301; series 123 uses zinc-plated high-strength steel; diameters below 18.0 mm are covered by the StepLess® 167 design.

Reusable Low Profile Clamps 268

Stainless steel low profile clamps that can be opened and re-installed up to 5 times. The tensioning-hook design enables fast, monitored high-volume assembly, while curled edges cut closing force and protect clamped parts.

StepLess® Screw Clamps 178

Screw clamps adjustable across multiple diameters with a 360° leak-free seal. Stainless construction with an aerospace-quality 17-7PH spring in the self-tensioning variant; reusable, with an installation aid for large diameters.

Anatomy of a StepLess® ear clamp

The 360° leak-free seal comes from the details. A tongue-in-groove design keeps the band's underside smooth and step-free around the full circumference, while the dimple, interlock, and security hook secure the closed clamp. The result is high radial load with built-in compensation for component tolerances.

Reusable Low Profile Clamp 268 front and back views

Low Profile 268: built to open again

Purpose-built hooks make the 268 genuinely serviceable. Tensioning and release hooks let the clamp close and re-open up to five times, with Oetiker pincers for monitored serial assembly or common pliers in the field. A pre-retaining hook holds the open geometry together in transport, and curled edges cut closing force while protecting the clamped surface.

StepLess Screw Clamp 178 design

Screw Clamps 178: one clamp, many diameters

The interlock accepts multiple diameter positions, so a single 178 covers a wide adjustment range on hoses up to 255 mm. The bridge and tongue-in-groove design keep the seal stepless, an installation aid eases handling at large diameters, and the self-tensioning variant adds an aerospace-grade 17-7PH spring.

Clamps are only as reliable as their installation. Pneumatic pincers serve high-volume lines, cordless pincers bring the same process reliability anywhere on the floor, and both verify every closure.
