Syensqo products
Brand Overview

Syensqo is the specialty materials company spun off from Solvay in December 2023, headquartered in Brussels. Its Galden® PFPE perfluoropolyethers are liquid polymers built entirely from carbon, oxygen, and fluorine: non-flammable with no flash point, chemically inert, strongly dielectric, and liquid from roughly −100 °C to +290 °C across the grade range. Alongside the fluids, Ryton® PPS, KetaSpire® PEEK, and Amodel® PPA high-performance polymers serve cooling fans and thermally conductive parts.

As an authorized distributor, HeTone brings the Syensqo thermal-management portfolio to Asia. We help engineers match Galden® grades to their boiling-point and dielectric requirements, coordinate material-compatibility evaluation for immersion systems, and supply fluids, Fomblin® lubricants, and polymer grades from prototype samples through volume deployment, with Syensqo's ECHO sustainable-solutions program supporting long-term operation.

Two-phase immersion cooling demonstration rig

Two-phase immersion, in action

In a two-phase immersion tank, electronics run fully submerged in Galden® PFPE. Heat from the chips boils the fluid at its nominal boiling point; the vapor condenses on a cooling coil and rains back down, moving heat without pumps pushing coolant through the servers. Because the fluid is dielectric and chemically inert, boards, connectors, and solder run in direct contact with it.

  • Heat leaves the chip through controlled boiling at a stable temperature
  • Vapor condenses and returns passively, with minimal moving parts
  • Dielectric fluid keeps fully immersed electronics safe
Galden HT grade liquid temperature ranges

Pick your boiling point

Galden® HT grades are named for their nominal boiling point. Low-boiling grades from HT55 to HT135 suit two-phase duty, where the boiling point sets the operating temperature of the immersed hardware; high-boiling HT170 to HT230 serve single-phase and heat-transfer loops. Across the family the fluids stay liquid from roughly −100 °C to +290 °C.

  • HT55 – HT135: low-boiling, two-phase immersion focus
  • HT170 – HT230: high-boiling, heat-transfer duty
  • Liquid from roughly −100 °C to +290 °C across the family
Syensqo thermal management portfolio

One partner across the thermal stack

Syensqo's thermal-management portfolio reaches well beyond fluids. Ryton® PPS and KetaSpire® PEEK give cooling fans high-temperature strength, Ryton® PPS and Amodel® PPA enable thermally conductive polymer parts, Fomblin® PFPE covers demanding lubrication points, and the ECHO program backs it all with sustainable solutions.

  • High-temperature polymers for fans and structural parts
  • Thermally conductive grades for polymer heat paths
  • Fomblin® PFPE lubricants on the same inert backbone
