The Challenge

Three thermal problems, one chassis.

An EV is three thermal problems in one chassis: a battery pack that has to stay in a tight temperature window, a traction motor that runs hot under load, and power electronics switching at high frequency. Each needs a different material set, and all of them have to meet automotive reliability and safety requirements.

HeTone supplies battery gap fillers, motor and inverter interface materials, and coolants from licensed lines, qualified across the powertrain so the whole system is specified consistently. Through HeTone Green Energy, the Group also deploys charging infrastructure, energy storage, and EV fire-safety solutions, covering the full EV value chain from component to field.
